ABOUT CHERYL WEBER

Experienced National Television Host across a variety of formats, including news, women\'s shows and talk shows including Canada\'s longest running daily TV show,\"100 Huntley Street\". With a deep passion for those experiencing poverty and oppression, Cheryl leads the humanitarian arm of Crossroads Christian Communications Inc, working in more than five nations globally. Recognizing the isolation that leaders can experience, she co-leads a weekly online Leadership Mastermind for female leaders. She has more than a decade of experience leading a team of National Reporters and Producers covering news, human interest, social justice and travel stories, as well as reporting both nationally and internationally. Also has a growing client base as voice talent. A prolific public speaker at forums and conferences on issues of faith, overcoming fear/self-doubt and empowerment to change the world, she also emcees large events. Cheryl has a passion for social justice issues including advocating for sexually trafficked children, the marginalized and persecuted Christians. In January of 2012, Cheryl joined 43 other women and summitted Africa\'s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, on behalf of sexually trafficked women and children. She also serves on the Board of GRID Canada, a Ghanian-led organization empowering people to live sustainable lives in Northern Ghana. She\'s been awarded a Woman of Excellence Award for Raising Global Awareness and was named as one of the top 100 Christian female leaders in Canada.
