Originally designed as a web-based, student-tracking solution (linking our chain of licensed vocational schools located in Miami-Dade County), Tracking At-A-Glance® (TAAG) has evolved into a comprehensive, robust and dynamic data management tool serving the needs of government agencies, public housing authorities, disaster relief agencies, non-profit and social service organizations, located throughout the United States. In fact, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development utilized TAAG to track the needs of, and services provided to, more than families displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Tracking At-A-Glance® streamlines and automates the processes associated with managing caseloads and delivering services to clients, from recruitment through program completion. Because TAAG is a proven time management solution, case managers are empowered to provide a more effective level of service to their clients.
