   Responsibilities include, ensuring the overall system downtime is kept to a minimum, ensuring the business systems operate efficiently and remain stable, as well as supporting all Break/Fix Incidents, Major/Minor Releases, Patching and Maintenance Releases within OnStar. Additional responsibilities include management of the planning and implementation of all client information technology initiatives, asset management, on-time client lease refreshes, monthly budget management, monthly consumption reporting, daily approval of IT requests and software validation before deployments. In addition, office automation server capacity management, call center seat forecasting as well as new hires forecasting for PC delivery, Also responsible to work very closely and build strong vendor/supplier relationships, 2012 and 2011 contract Negotiations for GM and OnStar ensuring the proper requirements were represented and accepted into the Statement of Work and work very closely with the executive leadership team and facilitate bi-directional communication within the business. Additional responsibilities include management of the IT Operations-End User Computing Team, Second and Third Tier Technical Support, management of 8 direct reports, as well as maintaining the direction of the IT Team. Other duties include, keeping the lines of communication open within the business and maintaining a “positive customer experience” for myself and the Team.
