   I lead the Corporate RIM Program including enterprise-wide RIM and information governance strategic projects and initiatives; policies and procedures; training programs; audits; and technology projects. I have over 25 years combined experience in records management, legal, real estate and banking industries that has contributed to the design and implementation of a practical and effective RIM program. I hold total strategic planning, operational, budgetary and overall program responsibility for corporate-wide RIM and office services programs, to include leading cross functional teams supporting RIM and information governance initiatives. Accomplishments include:* Developed entire RIM program from concept, including developing multi-year strategy.* Spearheaded RIM and Office Services strategies for the 2018 Corporate Headquarters move to a new facility in Chicago, which included multi-department file digitization, working electronically, and innovated mail delivery and print services procedures.* Project team lead for development and implementation of electronic information management strategies including, email management, M365 SharePoint and Teams governance, defensible disposition, Legal Hold and RIM training modules, automated Legal Hold check process solution.* Spearheaded a major, 130 department audit to develop individual retention schedules.* Implemented electronically stored information and collection narratives/container profiles (data map).* Instrumental in developing web-based and instructor-led RIM and email management training programs.* Participated in speaking opportunities for RIM, IG and e-Discovery conferences.* Represented team lead for the Sedona Conference “Information Governance 2nd Edition”, 2019 publication; contributed as drafting team member for the Sedona Conference “2014 Commentary on Information Governance”.* Negotiated national agreement with off-site storage and shredding vendor and various office service agreements.
