United Dairy Farmers (UDF) is the fifth largest privately-held manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer in Cincinnati. With almost 200 company-owned and operated convenience stores, located throughout Ohio, northern Kentucky and in southeast Indiana, all selling hand-dipped cones, sundaes and shakes along with our milk and a wide variety of other food and convenience items. UDF also sell gasoline at most locations. Responsible for leading a team of 7, including 4 Zone Trainers, Learning & Development Manager, Instructional Designer, 1 Workforce Analytics Consultant, and 1 Systems Coordinator, supporting all corporate, retail, and plant functions FTE). Direct and design the curriculum and learning strategy. Including delivery and measurement of leadership development programs for key positions across the organization, with a primary focus on retail operations. Engaged in appropriate needs assessments and, together with the Leadership Team, propose appropriate learning solutions; inclusive of classroom, elearning, OTJ and pod platforms.
