The organization focuses on community engagement and sustainable growth.I was drawn to SCOTMID’s rich heritage and mission-driven culture, and I joined as the Campus Recruiting Coordinator to build tomorrow’s talent pipeline. I collaborate with universities, manage recruitment campaigns, and nurture relationships to attract diverse graduates and interns.Below are some of the key responsibilities I oversee- Designing and executing campus recruitment strategies- Organizing employer branding events and university fairs- Managing candidate outreach and interview logistics- Building partnerships with academic institutions- Analyzing recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement

I thrive on building connections between companies and emerging talent. After earning my BSc and MSc in Business Administration and Organizational Psychology, I spent six years honing virtual support skills at SmartPA, then joined Scotland’s largest co-op to coordinate campus recruitment and foster diverse talent pipelines. Outside work, I explore landscape photography, volunteer at animal shelters, and practice yoga to stay balanced.
