In a career spanning over 35 years, I’ve garnered leadership experience in health information management, coding, cancer program management, clinical documentation integrity, and revenue cycle management. This scope extends to high visibility activities in corporate compliance/auditing, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and OIG Corporate Integrity Agreements. I manage large teams using technology to fully empower operations. I have broad experience in all facets of health information/informatics and its connection to revenue cycle, including global and domestic operations in the provider and vendor sectors. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Press Ganey Tier I leader, I am firm believer in integrity, honesty, and customer focus. With a passion for service, I balance executive functions using a humanistic approach. I am task-oriented with strong organization, development, writing, mentoring, team building, public speaking, and teaching skills.
