SAFE Work Manitoba is the public agency dedicated to the prevention of workplace injury and illness. Working with our partners in the safety community, we provide prevention stewardship, promotion, standards, program development and strategic direction to create a genuine culture of safety for all Manitobans. We all have a role to play. A safe and healthy Manitoba requires the active participation and collaboration of all Manitobans.I currently oversee all industries and supports the collaborative portfolio team environment by participating in strategy development, decision-making, information sharing, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Collaborates with stakeholders to provide safety-related statistics and data; reviews the effectiveness of existing programming and where necessary leverages, tailors and adds to portfolio strategies to design customized plans, programs, tools, and other safety resources to address safety concern(s). All initiatives are designed to meet the needs and culture of each client.Conducts outreach activities and delivers services at conferences, trade shows, public relation events and association meetings.
