I joined Call Center Services, Inc. in March 1998. My responsibilities have varied in the 17 years I have been here. Originally hired as Call Center Supervisor, I moved into corporate training and then to Call Center Manager. In my current position as Resource Manager I am responsible for recruiting the most highly qualified Business development Specialists for CCSi. When I am not expanding our core talent pool, I oversee accounting functions, contract administration, marketing research and general office operations. I obtained my call center knowledge from my past employment with Global Knowledge Network. I also have ten years experience in the staffing industry having worked as Branch Manager for ADECCO Staffing. I am a graduate of the Burdett School of Business.
