   Helping professionals become more efficient, effective, successful and happier is my passion. Being part of a larger Learning & Development team, I am primarily performing professional coaching and corporate training sessions for our national real estate teams. My audience ranges from managers to agents (with varied experience levels), and may consist of private coaching sessions, new hire training, or larger group workshops. My sessions may be in person or virtual.Here are a few of the included responsibilities-Meeting regularly with stakeholders to create and deliver sessions that increase productivity, morale, and skillset-Specialize in new hire onboarding by delivering core training to all new agents, to get them in front of clients as quickly as possible. Redfin\'s advanced technology can have a steep learning curve-Delivering training for “seasoned” Redfin agents and managers to provide support using our advanced technology, developing business plans, fine-tuning all skills related to building meaningful professional relationships-Support timely and ad-hoc training initiatives that are aligned with our brokerage goals (e.g. new tools or updates to existing tools, new system implementations, new policies/products, reaction to external forces/market conditions, etc)-Communicate using crisp and effective email communications in a variety of contexts such as pre and post-training communications to trainees, all-market emails/announcements/alerts, newsletter articles, summary emails to management, etc-Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training opportunities within the organization-Interviewing other SME’s to uncover true training need and identify best practices and processes to build into training when developing content-Evaluate the effectiveness of training through formal evaluation forms, testing, observation, peer and manager interviews-Staying current with developments in the real estate market and/or legislature with potential impact
