ABOUT CHERYL LOGAN

My professional focus combines the development of digital transformation strategies, revamping operating models, designing business processes and implementing enterprise scale technologies to position my clients to capitalize on the opportunities that being digital provides. I work from beginning to end - moving seamlessly from vision to program design and through to execution of a clear, structured program that delivers results. I excel at untangling the complex issues and tough business questions. I bring clarity to complicated situations, and work directly with senior leaders to define the real problem we need to solve, assess options and identify the best solution for a specific business need. There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing a client or team achieve their goals. Over the course of my career, I\'ve worked in, and served clients in both public and private sector organizations. I\'ve become very good at translating between business & technical teams. I love the challenge of helping diverse groups reach a place of shared vision and common objectives. The success of every project is ultimately connected to changing human behavior so I build each strategy, plan and program with a sensitivity to, and a core focus on effective change management. I thrive on collaboration and teamwork, and have had some great experiences working with and leading large diverse teams. I am a strong believer in inclusion, working to build teams that have diverse representation in an environment where everyone feels they can contribute. I\'m very comfortable working with virtual and geographically dispersed teams, and have successfully led blended teams comprised of staff, consultants and vendors.
