Currently at Uber, creating product experiences that build trust and engagement for millions of drivers and couriers. I lead content strategy that helps people manage their livelihoods with clarity and confidence. I work at the intersection of product design, AI, research, and operations.    I lead content for core product areas in the Driver app, including the map, trip experience, and earnings. Currently, I’m focused on a multi-year app redesign aimed at empowering 7M+ global users to earn more safely and reach a focused flow state on the platform- Build alignment and buy-in across cross-functional teams (Growth, AI, Maps, Promotions, Earnings, Support, and Onboarding) to shape a cohesive product ecosystem- Audit in-app messaging to develop a scalable, systematized communication framework- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for shared surfaces, including design sprints that align teams on key moments and decision points- Define and structure in-app navigation and information architecture based on jobs-to-be-done, optimizing for real-world driver goals and workflows- Build and test content-first prototypes to inform UX research and guide product direction- Mentor peers and facilitate workshops to drive systems thinking, content governance, and early alignment across disciplines
