   Former Principal Maintenance (PMI) with the Orlando Flight Standards District Office (FSDO), for approximately 22 years and awaiting a designee appointment DAR-F/T, currently is pending. The combination of both civil aviation and military experienced totals more than 44 years in aviation that spans various airframes, to include and not limited to general aircraft but military fighter aircraft, large aircraft, and multiple helicopters over my career holding multiple positions such as, Quality assurance representative, FAA Augmentee, Aircraft Maintenance Manager and Supervisory Aircraft Warranty Manager. Experienced certificating aircraft in both Standard and Experimental categories, in multiple operating purposes such as Amateur-Built (home built), Exhibition, Research & Development, Restricted, Limited, Crew Training, Experimental Light Sport (ELSA), Light Sport (SLSA), and Gliders powered or unpowered. Reviewed, assisted with, and approved multiple Aircraft Inspection Programs required for turbine powered aircraft, rotorcraft & former military aircraft under 91.409(f)4. Possess a lengthy military career stemming 20 plus years and having a vast level of experience on fighter aircraft to include F-4D/E, F-5B/E/F, F-16C and additional experience on T-37, T-38 trainer aircraft. In addition to fixed wings, I also have extensive experience with rotorcraft to include Sikorsky HH-3E/S61 and Sikorsky Blackhawk MH-60G Helicopters. Previous industry experience includes Boeing 757-23APF, 707HE & DC-8, and DC-10 aircraft while employed at Miami Int\'l. Also, part time employment at Florida West, a 145-repair station, also in Miami, FL. My tenure with the FAA, as a technical resource and or subject matter expert on experimental aircraft that includes previously listed purposes. Also, responsible for and to include surveillance and oversight under 14CFR parts 65, 91,133, 135, 137,141 & 145 stakeholders and their aircraft. References and qualifications available on request.
