As the Trainer for Festo\'s North American Regional Contact Centre, an International Automation Company, I managed all aspects of training for 50+ employees. I also provided support to the department Manager through call quality evaluations, 1 on 1 interactions with employees to help ensure success, and numerous other areas.Before joining Festo, I worked for Wolseley Industrial as a Site Operations Manager at a large Aerospace customer, and then as a Project Manager for their Dispensing Solutions team.Customer Service is my passion, I thrive on resolving difficult situations, and ensuring the customer is happy. Understanding individual needs of each person, and providing support and knowledge is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. I am currently enrolled in Humber College\'s Leadership Development Program.I am interested in connecting with former colleagues and managers, as well as new and interesting people.
