A Regional Practice Leader for Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, an industry leading employee benefits carrier, and market leading absence management services administrator, Matrix Absence Management. I joined Reliance Standard in 2005 and is responsible for the design, development and sale of Integrated Employee Benefits Programs and serve as a consultant to Fortune employers on absence, productivity and compliance strategies that impact cost and improve results. Products include FMLA, Paid Family/Paid Medical Leave, Workers Compensation, STD and LTD management, as well as, ADA accommodation through our ADA Advantage offering. As a practice leader, I leverage my 30+ years of unique knowledge of the integrated absence market to help evolve service delivery and grow market share in the large case and integrated disability market segments. As a technical expert in the integrated absence space, I leverage my skills and background to serve as an internal facilitator between departments for large case prospects. Based in our Dallas, TX regional Sales office and oversees the Mid-West US for sales and marketing operations for National Accounts.
