Recent Project:Major stakeholder mapping and engagement project with extensive data analysis and executive level engagement at a large mid-stream Oil & Gas corporation. Stakeholder engagement included the CEO and most senior level officers of the company. Analysis, strategy and execution led to a major culture overhaul within the Procurement and Supply Chain function, with dramatically increased stakeholder satisfaction.Extensive marketing and communications strategies were implemented to re-brand the Procurement and Supply Chain organization. Results were recognized at the highest levels of the company.Executive coaching and assimilation programs prepared employees for successful integration into expanded roles post-merger.Worked side by side with the leadership team to prepare the organization for the impending merger through post-merger month 3.
