   Responsible for the strategic development and execution of the Continuity of Operations program, including but not limited to business continuity planning. third-party business continuity, cyber security incident response and overall crisis management and workplace safety. Lead organizational business continuity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational control design. effectiveness standards and applicable laws and applicable regulations (i.e, FFIEC, OCC, FINRA, Federal Reserve). Drive the implementation of continuity, resilience, and crisis management strategies and oversee the business continuity technology program. Lead day-to-day operational needs of the Continuity of Operations program identifying, analyzing and monitoring the risks to Associates and or business operations developing strategies to oversee and mitigate those risks. Work with business units to support third-party vendor resilience programs to ensure business critical third-party dependencies have adequate contingency plans and capabilities to support their business commitments. Drive workplace safety program partnering on threat management, training and interaction with business units and individual sites. Execute and ensure execution of regular tests of Business Continuity processes.
