A strategic and customer-centric technology leader with over 20 years’ experience across public and private multinational organisations. As a technologist and futurist, I excel in navigating complex environments, managing diverse stakeholders, and delivering high-impact outcomes under pressure. My career is defined by leading large-scale change, designing future ways of working, and shaping customer experiences through data-led insight, workflow design, and emerging technologies — including AI.I bring a holistic, end-to-end perspective to the customer journey, consistently balancing service excellence with strong commercial understanding. I use data to map current and future state processes, identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvement, process optimisation, and performance uplift, and translate insights into practical strategies, frameworks, and guidance that scale across organisations. As Co-Chair of TECHWomen @ Sky, I champion cultural change and create opportunities that support the growth, representation, and confidence of women and allies in technology.
