At the heart of the business sits delivery of first class customer service team spirit and integrity.\\\\n\\\\nAs HR Director my roles covers areas including the below:\\\\n\\\\n• Responsible for delivery of full HR service including talent acquisition, management & development for over 1,400 employees across 24 sites (18 legal entities) in UK\\\\n• Leadership & development of HR, recruitment, payroll & expenses team\\\\n• Member of the UK & Ireland Board\\\\n• Responsible for people strategy development\\\\n• Lead people requirements for acquisitions across the UK including management of due diligence, TUPE consultation, on-boarding and post-acquisition integration\\\\n• Management of site closures / site repurposing with associated collective / individual consultation and retention planning to retain specialist skills & talent\\\\n• Responsible for people requirements to enable fast set up and delivery of Covid Testing laboratories across the UK\\\\n• Lead recruitment and talent management across complex and specialist roles including Senior Manager recruitment\\\\n• Leading implementation of Oracle UK & Ireland HR, payroll & talent management / development system\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
