For 20+ years, I’ve helped dental teams grow, integrate new systems, and deliveroutstanding patient care across one of the nation’s largest DSOs. My career began inclinical hygiene where I educated patients, built trust, and developedthe communication skills that shaped the leader I am today. A turning point came when aVP saw potential in me that I hadn’t yet recognized. That moment launched my transitioninto operations, training, integration, and specialty growth.Since then, I’ve led regional hygiene programs, onboarded and aligned newly affiliatedpractices, trained teams across multiple states, and developed scalable growth strategiesfor Orthodontics, Pedodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, and Oral Surgery.
