I have also played a key role in acquisitions and dispositions, successfully executing multiple deals and transactions. Through my career I have guided technology rollouts, policy development, and resident satisfaction initiatives that have elevated both performance and culture. My credentials include CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager), which demonstrate my commitment and expertise in the multifamily industry.
