I also serve as acting CEO in the president’s absence.Research and Data-Driven Accomplishments: • Led the implementation of a five-year academic planning process using Gray Decision Intelligence, integrating job market analytics, financial data, and student success metrics into actionable data dashboards. • Advanced institutional research capacity by through a restructuring of IT, eLearning, and Library functions to create an Instructional Technology division and a Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning. • Guided the adoption of predictive analytics to optimize course scheduling, supporting student retention and completion through data-informed decision-making. • Increased academic program efficiency and revenue by $4M annually through data analysis and collaborative program review with faculty. • Championed evidence-based policy updates, including faculty compensation models, flexible work schedules, and shared governance. • Supported student success and equity by refocusing instructional development on research-based, culturally responsive pedagogy. • Provided leadership for the college’s Achieving the Dream network initiative, emphasizing continuous improvement through research and assessment.Additional Leadership: • 2023 Aspen Rising Presidential Fellow. • Served as interim Chief Business Officer (2024–25).
