Managing the book of work for the Architecture Governance group to ensure Regulatory compliance. This involves setting up programme management frameworks to support implementation and delivery.The role involves roadmap planning, risk management, internal audit and global business and stakeholder engagement.Providing direction and guidance on strategy adherence are some of the key responsibilities.As a central function of the COO Technology organization, the Architecture Governance group is responsible for setting the process standards and procedures for architecture review and inventory governance. This involves regular engagement with all Businesses and Functions within the Bank with a view to ensuring Businesses are aware and compliant with policies and procedures.Ensuring the CTO has oversight of Architecture Governance across all CIO organizations and advising frequently and early on any matters requiring attention is a critical function.Driving enhancements and improvements to process and delivery of Consent Order related work is a key responsibility.
