I have an in-depth knowledge of cross disability issues and focus on employment issues of people with disabilities, including Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Security and Return to Work, TANF, and other work programs that impact people with disabilities, including DOL OneStops. Since the passage of Ticket to Work and Work Incentive Improvement Act I have conducted national training on TWWIIA and Vocational Rehabilitation Services and conducted extensive training on the intersection issues of the Ticket to Work with state vocational rehab services. provides training and technical assistance to the protection and advocacy and Client Assistance programs nationwide and has been an invited speaker at many national conferences, including the SW Conference on Disability, Alliance for Full Participation, APSE, NYS APSE, and the Vermont Conversion Conference. I currently serve on several national projects as a technical expert and is spearheading a national movement to monitor segregated employment settings.
