Before joining JBL Associates, Ms. Pierce provided Contract Management support at the Academy for Educational Development. Additionally, Ms. Pierce acted as both the Business Financial Manager (BFM) and senior contract administrator and project analyst for a major IT system acquisition contract for the U.S. Department of Labor and the IRS, totaling over per year in obligations and baseline/earned value management accounting. Ms. Pierce also worked for Tessada & Associates, Systems Management American Corporation, and the U.S. Department of the Navy.
