ABOUT CHERYL A. GIBSON KC

I help individuals and corporations resolve income tax and GST disputes including criminal tax evasion matters and voluntary disclosures. I also assist with the planning and implementation of tax-motivated corporate reorganizations and the setting up of family trusts. Over the past 25 years, I have accumulated vast experience in income tax and GST matters including taxation of aboriginal persons and entities, matters specific to the construction industry, pensions, GST issues arising on sales over the internet, transfer pricing, timing of income receipts and expense claims, employee benefits and allowances and the distinction between independent contractors and employees.In support of the community, I am the volunteer President and Board Chair of Swim Canada.
