   NAVFAC PW is actively supporting the acquisition, configuration, deployment, andmanagement of 3500+ smart mobile devices that allow use of Maximo Anywhereapplication during work execution. NAVFAC requires continued support in thedeployment and sustainment of devices to support and maintain seamless and efficientdeployment of their mobile device programs and applications.• Generalized technical support and specialized Maximo application support to theCommand Information Office (CIO) and the Public Works Directorate (PWD).• Assist CIO with inventory management of PW devices to include device receipt,configuration and the distribution of existing, and newly refreshed devices, utilizing CellPhone Manager (CPM), and other data metric systems.• Assist CIO in deploying new processes associated with the system, application andoperational capabilities.• Assist in CIO’s coordinated efforts with the mobile device service providers (AT & T,Verizon, T-Mobile, Vodaphone), to improve cellular coverage, review each FECsweakest regions/locations and offer technical support in tracking/troubleshootingconnectivity and mobile devices problems, and identify poor coverage areas andaddress TELECOM issues with GOVT CIO personnel.• Assist 1st Level in collecting and identifying requirements for further MaximoAnywhere improvements and implementation.• Assist 1st Level with resolving Maximo application issues such as application resets,application updates, and general application functionality.• Assist 1st Level in providing an analytical approach in developing workflow processesfor work orders, and modernizing PM strategies.• Assist 1st Level in developing process documentation for the configuration andmaintenance of PW devices, and management of Maximo Anywhere utilization metrics.
