I coordinate training for the American Red Cross to prepare our volunteers to serve those in distress due to a disaster - hurricane, tornado, house fire, flooding, etc. I also deploy as I can to provide training to those who are currently serving on a disaster relief operation which will include our trained volunteers and employees as well as local \"event-based volunteers\"- those who come out to help their neighbors.
