Claudia has successfully distinguished herself as a Director, Businesswoman, and Leader through her expertise in investment strategy and enterprise risk areas that jeopardize growth and innovation for companies in highly-regulated industries (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and fintech).Claudia serves as a Board Member and investment expert for STRS Ohio, a $90B+ public pension fund with 70% of the fund under internal management. This unique risk profile has allowed her to sharpen her saw around investment risk and sustainable fund performance. She is the Chair of the Compensation committee and a member of the Audit, Governance, and Investment committees.
