I have worked in Project and Program for 20 years. Having started in Sales and Account Management, with Retail and Manufacturing companies, I progressed into the SAP arena as a certified SD Consultant.Using my Business skills and SAP experience I have worked across Europe on a number of SAP Implementations starting as a Technical Consultant and moving into Project Management.Before Arm, I worked in a number of IT Consultancies, travelling the length and breadth of the Country, as a Program Manager, gathering experience in Utilities, Professional Services and Public Sector industries.I worked for 7 years in Informa in various roles starting as a PMO Manager, then working for 2.5 years on a major Finance Transformation project as a PMO Manager and then an Implementation lead. Finally working at Informa as Portfolio and Change Manager in the Change Delivery Team. I am now working at Arm where I have moved from a PMO role to a position working in the Business Change Management Team at Arm.I am excited to start a new adventure in Arm as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Senior Program Manager.
