I’m Cherrie (like the fruit, but named for the blossom). I’m a Senior Customer Success leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, empathy, and global perspective.Before SaaS, I taught languages, translated horror fiction, managed international exchange programs, and learned how to connect with people from every imaginable background. Those experiences shaped how I approach Customer Success today: with curiosity, cultural fluency, and making complex tech feel human.I’ve been part of Customer Success from the ground up as a founding CSM at a Series A startup, and now steward key account portfolios that include Fortune 50-scale organizations across industries and geographies. Whether I’m helping a global enterprise adopt AI or guiding a scrappy team through change, my focus is always the same: listen deeply, create clarity, and build partnerships that last.Along the way, I’ve mentored earlier career CSMs on maintaining healthy work-life boundaries and sustainable success, and watching many of them grow into directors and leaders has been one of my favorite full-circle moments in CS.Outside of work, you’ll find me hosting potlucks, dabbling in creative nonfiction and photography, paddleboarding, cold-plunging, making terrible puns, and teaching my dog Mochi how to dance.
