Actively promote improved communication regarding human services, behavioral health, and medical health services between the parents, principal, teachers, staff, and Kent School Services Network providers. Participate in child study processes, and assist school staff with identifying students in need of human services, behavioral health services, and medical health services. Identify, recruit and connect local resources to meet students’ human service, behavioral health, and medical health needs. Meet on a regular basis with the school principal to review necessary human, behavioral health & medical services needed for the student body to succeed. Facilitate regular Community School Leadership Team meetings to coordinate services to students and families within the KSSN network.
