Life is busy.As a new mom to Irish twins, who just relocated to Japan and was stuck learning how to juggle parenting and a new culture all while trying to maintain my health, I felt a bit overwhelmed.In this season of life I needed products the helped me get what I needed to feel healthy, but also in a way that was quick and easy.After trying many US & Japanese products I was left feeling helpless. I needed support in the form of good products that were safe for me, and my kids, that also helped me feel energized and nourished without all the extra stuff.This was daunting.I felt sad to realize the US food system has made it super easy to have things that make me feel heavy, or are ridden with ingredients that are not found in nature, all while being loaded with lots of sugar and high calories, but very little of the good stuff my body was seeking.After nearly a year looking for a product that gave me what I was looking for: clean ingredients, safe for family, low calories, no sugar, high quality ingredients, protein and electrolytes, that also taste good, I set out to make my own.With nearly 2.5yrs of R&D, paired with feedback from friends, family, professional athletes, military, strangers and nutritionists, we had it, we had the product that I’d been dreaming of.Neotein is an electrolyte drink mix that has 10g of protein, made in the USA with clean ingredients.We are so proud to bring something to market that we feel good about giving our kids and their friends, something that we love and drink, daily, and something that fills a much needed void in the Food & Beverage space.While changing the food system is a lifelong goal, this small step is just the beginning- Cherissa Kell, Founder & CEO
