Let me introduce myself, I\'m Cherish Fields, a master-level social worker and Child Welfare Leader challenging the status quo of how youth are served in our Child Welfare Systems. I offer a unique experience that comprises of over 12 years of professional experience in the private sector in both micro and macro levels that complement 10 years of personal experience in foster care that has provided me with expertise I will offer to you. I have demonstrated experience in providing excellence in service delivery, improving staff development through training and coaching, program design and implementation, and compliance. I am the owner of Cherish Fields Solutions, LLC a consulting agency that creates customized services that cater to the needs of your organization.
