ABOUT CHERISH MUNDHRA
I spent 2-3 years inside a few most India\'s reputed clinical environments before I turned 24. That changes how you see people including the ones sitting across from you in a boardroom. My foundation was built across AIIMS Jodhpur, NIMHANS Bangalore, and Masina Hospital Mumbai: 600+ hours of real cases and crises. At NMIMS, I completed my MSc in Clinical Psychology, co-authored a published paper in Positive Psychology, and wrote a dissertation on memes, stress, and social connectedness. Yes, really. Human behavior is strange. That\'s the point. The presenting problems have changed. The human underneath hasn\'t. What I\'m building toward sits at the intersection of clinical depth and technological possibility behavioral science embedded into the tools, systems, and cultures that shape how people work. Mental health tech, corporate wellness, schools, NGOs: I want to be in those rooms.I\'ve spoken at TEDx and at a Fourth Wave Foundation event (UNODC × WFAD), and led Narrative Therapy lectures as a Teaching Assistant at NMIMS. I\'m most energized when a clinical insight lands somewhere unexpected a product, a policy, a conversation that shifts something.
