Responsible for establishing a production control and testing program to support Personal Loans and Line of Credit products that align with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements for Credit Bureau Reporting. Key Contributions:• Analyzed the FCRA and CFPB Supervisory Letters to determine the minimum required controls for credit bureau reporting and established repeatable, evidential controls.• Stood up a data analytic tool (Data Arc), including additional rules to execute data quality and data validity rules on the furnishing file (Metro 2).• Developed testing framework and procedures that include robust regression testing to ensure release enhancements did not adversely impact credit bureau furnishing code.• Effectively identified and resolved multiple credit bureau reporting gaps, including upstream process gaps impacting reporting.
