As the Early Careers Talent Manager at Montagu Evans, I focus on attracting the next generation of talent within the Real Estate space. With a 10 year career in Talent Acquisition, I have recently transitioned my focus to early careers and social mobility, where I am passionate about creating equitable opportunities for individuals to thrive, regardless of their background. I lead on all recruitment from Apprentice to Senior Surveyor.For Graduate, Intern and Apprenticeship positions, I lead on all student engagement activities with Universities, Schools and Colleges, delivering workshops, attending careers fairs and providing training to those looking to start a career in the sector. My mission is to develop inclusive programs that empower future talent and promote diversity in the workplace. I am committed to talent development and fostering a positive work culture that inspires young people to consider a career in the Real Estate sector. Key areas of focus include:Early Careers Strategy: Designing and executing initiatives to attract, retain, and develop young professionals including: Graduates, Interns and Apprentices.
