I focus on achieving efficient growth: improve revenue and ensure targets and goals are accomplished by aligning cross-functional teams, collaborating, and regularly reporting on performance progression. Articulate Clear Strategic Vision: Create objectives & key results (OKRs); Build roadmap to execution; Align on strategies, initiatives and deliverables to support goals. Build HR Capabilities:* Attract/Hire: Standardize job descriptions, employment agreements and handbook. Improve benefit offerings.* Engage: Build onboarding playbook. Conduct employee surveys & create engagement plan.* Retain: Develop individual OKRs tied to compensation; Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs); Conduct regular people review analysis.
