Previously, I served on the Senior Leadership Team at City Year Miami, where I led Learning & Development initiatives focused on staff and leader growth, continuous improvement, and strong implementation in partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Schools.A Miami native, my work has always been shaped by building pathways for others. I co-founded nationally recognized nonprofit supporting Cuban-American emerging leaders through cross-cultural exchange.
