Cherie Song is a partner in Lubin Olson\'s Real Estate and Business practice groups. With nearly two decades of experience in complex commercial transactions, Ms. Song focuses her practice on commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.A skilled negotiator, Ms. Song advises property owners and operators, including institutional and private investors, REITs, pension funds, investment advisors, partnerships, and start-ups as well as national and regional tenants in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing, property management, disposition, and financing of commercial properties. In addition, Ms. Song has represented both landlords and telecommunications providers in connection with telecommunications access agreements and building and rooftop license agreements. She advises clients in matters related to landlord/tenant disputes, including early terminations and workouts. She has also served as outside counsel to private companies and startups in general real estate and business-related matters.
