Fundraising and development professional with 20 years’ experience delivering sustainable income growth across charities of all sizes — from small community organisations to large, complex institutions.I bring a broad and successful fundraising portfolio spanning trusts and foundations, statutory funding (government, council, landfill and EU), major donors, corporates, events and community fundraising, public appeals, and agency management. I have also played a key role in multiple capital campaigns for local and regional projects, helping organisations secure transformational funding.Throughout my career I have held senior leadership roles, leading and developing high-performing fundraising and volunteer management teams. I am passionate about people development, with a strong track record of identifying strengths, nurturing talent, and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.Currently, I am taking a step back from frontline fundraising to focus on fundraising compliance: developing robust fundraising compliance policies and procedures, and supporting teams to ensure that their fundraising activities and supporter management is compliant with fundraising regulation and charity law.
