As a Sr LMS Specialist, I partner with Training Development colleagues to ensure proper planning and execution of training requirements within the Learning Management System for the Quality Technical Operations division. Responsibilities include: monitoring the life cycle of controlled documents, reviewing training plans and curricula prior to training delivery, publishing developed training into the LMS and interacting across multiple functions to ensure training is rolled out to end users in a timely and compliant manner according to GMP guidelines.

   Administration of the Learning Management System, including but not limited to:o creating, publishing and assigning training courses and training materialo processing training forms and mainlining curricula in the LMS as needed o establishing instructors in LMSo preparing, tracking and processing learner assignment modifications Manage and respond to System Administration requests in order of receipt and priority, using system knowledge of LMS, independent troubleshooting experience, knowledge of the GMP training process and connecting processes such as the document management process Schedule and facilitate structured LMS information sessions Communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers and training partners during troubleshooting, solution finding and proposal, and final resolution while proposing and implementing compliant and efficient solutions Execute system improvements including draft or approve system Change Requests as needed and other system administration work Provide ad hoc support to the Training Team, End Users and Audit teams by generating training requirement and compliance reports Maintain training mailbox and Service Now IT ticketing system on an ad hoc basis
