Responsible for setting up a new Telemedicine program for Direct to Consumer and On Demand Scheduled visits. Was involved in all aspects from selecting vendors to working on service level agreements to technical architecture. Coordinated a unique collaboration with 7 NJ hospitals to launch a collective Telemedicine program for nearly employees across the 7 systems. Responsible for the successful launch of billing and coding for the Telestroke program Remote Patient Monitoring: Responsible for setting up a new Remote Patient Monitoring initiative from a project perspective. From Vendor selection, Legal, SLA, Technical requirements, Billing and Coding, Equipment management.
