Generate new business by developing into brand new categories under our owned brands and with licensed partners such as Coca-Cola, Banana Boat, FIFA, Skechers, HEAD, US Army, Marvel, Disney, Mattel, Nickelodeon, and others. Manage and update PLM along with internal charts daily to reflect most accurate item statuses while in development with teams overseas. New style creation, update techpacks to reflect correct technical artwork, specifications, material selections, required testing, and overall construction Establish and maintain acceptable quality standards to adhere to during DVP, PP, and TOP stages, confirming the techpacks were followed. Organize Development Team workflow and manage shifting priorities based on business demands to meet daily and overall departmental targets. Collaborate with Sales & Design Teams to create and finalize products that are engineered to meet cost and quality standards for customers including Walmart US/ CA, Costco US/ CA, Sam\'s Club, Amazon, Dick\'s Sporting Goods, and more.
