ABOUT CHERELLE WASHINGTON
I am currently a school social worker with 7+ years of experience within this field. I also am a licensed clinical social worker part time. In this role, I provide therapy to both youth and adults via Telehealth. I create treatment plans to meet the needs of my clients with goals and objectives specific to their areas of difficulties.In 2017, I received my Masters of Social Work degree with a school social work certification from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2014, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from George Mason University, where I received a Bachelor\'s of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in public relations. I also double minored in social work and childhood studies. I have a passion for working with the youth and my ultimate goal is to help them become successful. I have a passion for advocating for students and families who may not have the resources to advocate for themselves. I also enjoy planning events in different capacities.
