In 2002, while still at university, I actively participated in various research projects and campus activities, leveraging my solid professional knowledge and innovative thinking. Driven by a strong desire for knowledge, I pursued further studies at Arizona State University, Tempe, further broadening my international perspective. In 2010, I began my internship at Avnet. During my internship, I quickly integrated into the corporate environment, worked on complex projects, applied my knowledge to optimize business processes, and gained valuable industry experience in data analysis and system optimization. Leveraging the experience and professionalism I demonstrated during my internship, I successfully joined ASM International in 2012. Starting in a foundational technical position, I continuously pushed myself to new heights. Due to my outstanding performance, I was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2014, where I led a small team in technical research, trained new personnel, and enhanced the team\'s overall technical capabilities. In 2016, I was promoted to Technical Manager. As my experience and skills grew, I earned market recognition, drove the company\'s business growth, and ultimately was promoted to Enterprise Architect. In 2022, with my keen business insight, extensive industry resources and accumulated connections, I successfully acquired a stake in SmartRent and provided the company with key advice on the R&D direction and market expansion strategy of smart leasing solutions, helping SmartRent to continue to innovate and develop in the field of real estate technology and maximize its commercial value.
