   Led the design and vision for AI-native customer and partner experiences at ServiceNow, establishing foundational UX architecture and scalable interaction patterns for AI-assisted workflows across the ecosystem.Drove the end-to-end 0→1 design of MyNow, ServiceNow’s personalized customer and partner dashboard, from product vision through launch. Defined MyNow as a unified information hub that centralizes to-do items, support status, learning, documentation, community, and product insights, and designed a customizable, widget-based homepage with a curated widget library that allows users to select, move, and reorder dynamic widgets to surface what matters most.Led the design and strategy of Unified AI Search, consolidating fragmented search experiences across Now Support, ServiceNow University (Now Learning), Product Documentation, Developer Portal, and Community into a cohesive, AI-assisted discovery experience that improves findability across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
