I have over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, leading and managing chemical process R&D teams and projects across multiple therapeutic areas and stages of development.My core competencies include designing, developing, and implementing robust, cost-effective, and green manufacturing routes to small molecule APIs, ensuring CMC compliance and quality, collaborating with cross-functional drug development teams and external partners, and supporting regulatory filings and interactions.
