ABOUT CHENG WANG
As a Postdoctoral Associate at University at Buffalo mentored by Dr. Dhaval Shah & AstraZeneca Fellow mentored by Dr. Holly Kimko, my research focuses on organ-specific quantitative systems toxicology models for antibody-drug conjugates. I have developed an in vitro PK/PD model in HSC-derived neutrophil precursors. By integrating this cellular PK/PD model with the ADC human PBPK model, the developed PBPK/TD model can predict T-DXd-induced neutropenia in the clinic. Currently, I am investigating peripheral neuropathy caused by MMAE-based ADCs in preclinical animal models and in silico PBPK models. Broad experience in Oncology Drug Development with both translational science and quantitative modeling. Worked on agents across clinical stages, including ABY-029 (Phase II) and T-DXd. I am passionate about applying my quantitative skills to support drug development.
