ABOUT CHEN FIRST
I am a graduate of the London School of Economics, with a Master of Laws degree in Human Rights/Public Law, British Friends of the Hebrew University Scholar. My professional experience includes policy research and formulation, having worked with the Hagar Institute and the Israeli Ministry of Justice. I have completed my pupillage for the High Court of Justice (Supreme Court) Department at the Israeli State Attorney’s Office. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work degree (with distinction) from the Paul Baerwald School of Social Work and Social Welfare at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and I have gained practical experience in crisis intervention while working with individuals and families. Additionally, I am a trained child abuse caseworker. Furthermore, I have completed my LL.B (with distinction) from the Law faculty at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
